This mood board represents the answers I got back from the audience I asked questions to. It includes things which are associated with the genre and the type of audience who are interested in my music magazine. There are also futhermore topics which are associated with my music magazine such as London, Blackberrys, Dr Dre headphones, Independent films and College.
The type of audience who may find my magazine appealing are those who are into fashion, go to school, college or university (basically from the ages of 16-24) and have a passion for R&B and Hip hop music.
R&B stands for Rhythm and Blues and Hip hop includes Rap material music which is the main reason why I have a R&B chain and 'Rap' written on my mood board. In addition, chains and many more accessories can relate to how rich one is. For example, if I was to wear platinum jewellery and I was a well known rapper, I will be seen as someone who is cheap. Whereas, if I was to wear GOLD, I will then be seen as someone who has a large income. Moreover, jewellery also gives a sense of fashion, which is why I also added shoes/heels, NIKE, ADIDAS and a NEW ERA cap.
Finally, I also added Chris Brown and Rihanna because everyone who who is interested in my magazine, will also be interested in gossip. The case study of Chris Brown and Rihanna is an example. I added these images to show that my magazine will also include a few gossips to attract my audience. I also added 'twitter' because this is how the age group within my ideal audience will update eachother for the latest news.
